Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is an issue with the product. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accepts return or refund for change of mind or wrong items been ordered. In this case, customers will need to return the items to Xtron and make sure the items returned are in original re-sell-able condition. Customers will also be charged for the actually cost of the original shipping and a re-stocking fee equals 10% of the order value.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept return for opened product. Defected item with proof of defect including photo(s) and explanation of the problem may be eligible for an exchange. Please email us with detail information of the defected item, we will carefully review each case and response promptly to resolve the situation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to return

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We are currently only ship to Australia. If you are in NZ, please contact us for the shipping cost.

You will be entitled for free shipping for order above $120 or flat rate for any order below.

Please choice the shipping option during the checkout, if you select no signature required (only for flat rate) shipping option, The courier may leave the package at your front door, you will need to make sure your premises is secure, we may not be able to assist incase of package missing or stolen once the courier left your premises.

If you select signature required (default for free shipping), and you are not available on the delivery day, normally the courier company will leave a card to reschedule the delivery, but in some case they may drop the package at the nearest newsagent on your area for your convince, please check carefully the time when you can pickup.

Please make sure you provide a valid email or contact number, in case we need to contact you regarding your order or address.

To avoid any delay on your delivery, please make sure you enter the address correctly and completely, we will email you if our courier company cant find your address, we will only send out the package until we receive your confirmation to avoid sending it to wrong address.

Please allow 1-2 business days for use to prepare your order. Your package normally will be pickup and deliver by the courier company the next morning, unless its on public holiday, on the weekend or some techincal issue.
